Posting Or Non-posting Days (POND)™

For the sake of exercise (where getting some does us some good while using it too much makes us too much… us) we can “at will” set this up (the full version as Page not Post) to be the “front page” on the days when we are not posting (or alternately we can put it up when we are freezing/changing the posts, but that seems paradoxical) and make it another top-level page so it shows up in those navigation bars with tabs or buttons, whenever the chosen theme has that feature/function implemented/designed into it, like this one (Unsleepable, by Ben Gray). The purpose of changing things around when there is not any other apparent purpose seems rather pointless, unless the purpose is simply to explore the unknown. According to some, this is why we try to jump off this orbiting mass (often given the name Mother Earth) to some other. Unknown among many things is how we should actually be able to survive in adequate numbers to survive such an enormous undertaking. We have not done even nearly enough to understand how to survive right here where we are, much less some other unknown place which we have never reached at all. Nothing seems more like an “all wet” idea than the notion that it is “universal” to want to explore outer space. Yet, many will claim this, with vigor (and words, unending).

For now, this is what it looks like on days when we will not post anymore.

Or the front page will be something else, and not this.

(“oh not this again”)

this took more than one day longer than desired,
yet if one day is as one thousand years, we are only on third!

Hey, man. How’s everything going with you?

I’m wasting time on the computer at school for two hours… my brother’s car broke down, so Mom’s letting him use hers, which means that I have to take Mom to work in the mornings (which means I have to get up SUPER early, cuz she’s the “boss” this week) and pick her up in the afternoons. She going to be working late tonight, so instead of going home (her work is right in between school and home) and then backtracking to go get her, I’m just going to stay here.

How did you like that long, drawn-out explanation? 😛

    ♥ Amy ♥

  7. Galen says:

you only get to waste two whole hours? what if you get something useful done (such as for example the ‘bove well-drawn-out explanation that I enjoyed until it was over) before the two hours is up? do you have to start over or is it all over by then, at that time?

if you do not understand these questions it is okay, neither do I

the use of upper case is mininmal, in this case, where I am not usually using them at the starting of the statements etc. like this.

being adjustable has its drawbacks, I would say. you get to change your schedule a lot more than it would actually make sense, except that it makes sense to do it at the time

time, see what’s be come of me?

    (no, me neither!) 😛

    perhaps I am just borderline?

    (you’ve been…

    catch-eth you-eth later-eth (feel a sneeze on the way)

  8. tearsofmine says:

did you check your email and my place? *grin

  9. Amy says:

Nope, the two hours wasn’t over by the time I finished that nice, long, drawn-out explanation. And, yes, I only got to waste two whole hours…I exercised before that, for about 45 minutes, so I had no more — and no less, for that matter — than 2 hours. And after I finished that explanation, I checked L’s site (nothing new that I could see), then probably went back to my e-mail and MySpace (don’t remember exactly what I did), then played Bookworm. I LOVE that game!!!

But now is not the time for rambling and long answers to short questions. I have to get up at the crack of dawn and fulfill the role of chauffer again, so now it’s off to bed I go. (♫♪♫Hi-ho, hi-ho.♫♪♫)

Did someone throw me, or did I fall, for you to be catching me later? Either way, sounds painful to me.

    Adios, mi amigo! ♥

finally I have gotten around to that email and the look-at (which, if I were to comment further, has deeper insights that might be unsettling for those wishing to ponder the unknown) for what surely is one of my few privileges left in life

we must appreciate every gift, no matter how “small” it is compared to all the gigantic ones, yes indeed!

and I do! (it is SOOOOOOO good to “see” you both, here, there, everywhere, always!)

now… I must go chase my tail if I can remember where it fell off, during the frenzy (my so-called “youth”)…
